The execution
Taking the first step and being able to be part of the nautical world even without financial means is fundamental.
Many people believe that owning a sailboat is something only millionaires can do.
And the truth is that you can have fun even with a stand-up paddle board.
Or sailing with a monotype around various places.
My history
I grew up with my father taking me to various places in São Paulo (my hometown), for example to the Guarapiranga dam and a Marreco sailboat before I was 10 years old.
Or by crossing from Salvador to Itaparica with a magnum 422 that is 12 years old.
I got my first sailboat at the age of 11, a PHANTER BRISE, and I used to sail it in the bay where I can still remember seeing snakes swimming.
When I turned 17, he bought a 27-foot Brasília, then a yacht, and so I grew up in the nautical world.
Construction of boats
I have never built a boat, but I have several models in my head that I hope to one day make come true.
I believe I should start with the smaller vessels, but I have no intention of building something big that will take years to complete.
Because my goal is to travel the world and not build anything for now.
Who knows when you'll want a permanent spot, haha
